The menstrual cycle- The beginning of the menstrual cycle is the first time a girl is menstruating or puberty. This is the first time an ovary is released from the ovaries and the ovum escapes with the uterine wall and passes through the esophagus as it does not meet with a sperm. As we mentioned earlier, menstruation begins on a monthly basis until a girl reaches puberty. That’s called the menstrual cycle. The menstrual cycle is called the “menstrual cycle” because of the cycle of fertilization from the ovum to the release of the ovum the other month. This happens during the lunar months. Not by calendar month. That means every 28 days. Counting of fertile days for women is done according to this menstrual cycle. There may be men who have menstrual cycles that last for 30 to 35 days, which are rarely 28 days.
Menstruation is another word for menstruation. Menopause is meant to quit menstruation. After a woman reaches her mid-forties, menstruation is almost completely stopped for approximately 47 – 51 years. That is the end of a woman’s reproductive life. After that, there will be no ovulation or menstruation from her ovaries. The males have been able to reproduce actively throughout their lives, but the females reproduce later. The average age of menopause is 47 to 51, but some women may have premature menopause at age 41 for various reasons.
